We're building that place. A program where a young athlete trains at a high level and learns to read deeply, think clearly, understand money, understand the law, and build something of their own. Where the people teaching them aren't reading from a script — they're professionals and entrepreneurs who have actually reached the top and come back to lift the next one up.

We choose the harder path: bringing in people who have actually built businesses, reached the highest levels of their craft, and know how the real world works — and paying them what that expertise is worth. You don't inspire a driven kid with a volunteer reading from a worksheet. You inspire them with someone who has done the thing they dream of doing.
