I'm John Lulgjuraj — most people call me Johnny. I'm a husband, a father of four, and a lifelong builder.

I've spent my life in Flagler County building things meant to outlast me: businesses, teams, and a community I love. I own Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill, I serve as president of the Flagler Beach Business Bureau, and I've spent years at the tables where our community's future gets decided.

But the thing I care about most is the next generation.

I homeschool my own children. Over the years I've mentored and watched too many talented young people slip through the cracks of a system that treats them like a number instead of a name. One question I couldn't shake kept growing louder: what if we built a school the way you build a championship team — around character, discipline, real-world skills, and mentors who have actually made it?

That's why I started Faith & Freedom Academy. My family's roots run back to the Catholic highlands of northern Albania — people who understood that faith, family, and freedom are worth protecting and worth building on. That inheritance is what I want to pass down, and it's the ethos behind everything we do here.

I'm not doing this for a paycheck. I'm doing it because I believe our kids are capable of far more than we ask of them — and because someone has to be willing to build the thing they deserve.
